Joel Ojeda Ramirez

Founder & CEO, A.L.L.I.E.S Pro Services

Joel Ojeda Ramirez is the Founder and CEO of A.L.L.I.E.S Pro Services, a workforce development and consulting organization dedicated to expanding career opportunities, professional development, and entrepreneurship for underserved communities.

Before founding A.L.L.I.E.S Pro Services in 2020, Joel spent several years helping job seekers build skills, navigate career pathways, and connect with meaningful employment. Today, he partners with nonprofit organizations, universities, government agencies, and businesses to deliver workforce development, career coaching, employment services, and entrepreneurship programs to empower individuals, strengthen organizations, and develop strategic partnerships.
Originally from Mexico, Joel experienced firsthand the barriers many underserved communities face when pursuing education and employment. Those experiences continue to fuel his commitment to creating equitable access to opportunity for immigrants, BIPOC professionals, individuals with disabilities, first-generation students, and other historically underserved populations.

Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the University of San Francisco. His vision is simple: Building pathways. Creating Leaders. Driving Success.
